Vicki Pipe
Vicki is a museum education professional by trade, but also an artist and improviser and often finds these things join together nicely.
Vicki studied dance and drama, theatre and performance studies before specialising in Shakespearean theatre practices at The Globe Theatre and Kings College, London.
She has presented in videos on YouTube for several years now on a range of topics from history to Harry Potter. Her venture into the world of the written word follows the All The Stations adventure she undertook with her partner Geoff Marshall in the summer of 2017, when she visited all 2,563 railway stations in Great Britain. The project was documented on video for the YouTube channel of the same name, and it is this story which became 'The Railway Adventures'.
Vicki’s interest in railways lies with the stories of people, social change and how the railways impact on our sense of space, shape our aspirations and surroundings.
